CERT- In Alarming Advisory on Microsoft Products- January 10, 2024

On January 10, 2024, The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) issued an advisory, notifying citizens regarding multiple critical vulnerabilities discovered in Microsoft Products. The affected software list includes renowned names like Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Azure, ESU, Microsoft SQL Server and Developer Tools. The vulnerabilities are touted to have the ability to bypass security restrictions, obtain sensitive information, spoofing attacks etc.
