Circular requiring compliance with the payment of bonus act, 1965

The Administration of the Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu has issued circular No. LEO/BONUS/CIRCULAR/2016/1495 dated October 10, 2022, citing the general instances of non-compliance with the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965.
