Rohan Chinnappa focuses primarily on general corporate and commercial work for Multinational and Indian Companies along with Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions. He regularly advices clients on matters pertaining to labour laws, regulatory compliances, due diligence and general corporate transactions. He is also regularly involved in assisting Companies with the drafting and review of contractual documents.
Some of the clients that Rohan advises include, Securitas, Amazon Seller Services, Swiggy, Flipkart, Essilor, Eurofins Group, New Space India Limited (Commercial arm of ISRO), Mingledorff’s Tech, Qualitech, Unacademy, Zetwerk and Karnataka Asset Management Company. He also regularly collaborates regularly with multinational law firms such as Eversheds Sutherland and Deloitte.
