  • Handled cases at High Court of Madras, NCLT, consumer forums and arbitration proceeding relating to the suppliers, Land Owners and customers of the builder.
  • Provided Legal support and collected all necessary documents from concerned authorities and obtain clearance for the construction of the housing project and appeared before District Registrars for cases concerning corrections in the encumbrance certificates and duplication of documents.
  • Drafted and vetted various deeds and agreements related to transactions like Sale, Construction, Mortgage, Release, Settlement, General Power of Attorney, Joint Venture Agreements, Memorandum of Understandings. Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds, Lease Deeds, Deed of Receipt, Supplemental Deeds, Rectification Deeds, Adjudication of Power of Attorney.
  • Handled Individually the Registration Process from verifying the documents, applying relevant documents, uploading and booking the slot for registration of documents and registering
    the documents.
  • Provided title verification report for Immovable Properties to individuals obtaining loans from leading banks.
